Any action, appearance or conduct that reflects negatively on the Emergency Services (Fire, EMS, Police, etc.) will not be tolerated. Any violation of this may result in the person(s) or organization being asked to leave the event.

Alcoholic beverages will not be consumed in the judging area, parade staging or during the parade. Alcohol may only be consumed at the Firehouse in the fenced in area.

Must be 21 years old or older to consume alcohol. ID’s will be checked.

Wristbands will be issued to those over 21.

Designated drivers are required.

Water shall not be discharged from any apparatus on parade route.

Parade registration and judging is at the ACME supermarket. All Organizations must register. Any unit marching will be directed where to go for staging, which will be on 12th street in Beach Haven.

Registration and judging will begin at 8:00 am and go until 11:30 am.

Parade starts promptly at 12 Noon.

Apparatus will be judged in one category only, based on registration form.

2 members will accompany the apparatus while being judged. If more than 2 are present for judging, points may be taken off.

12

 

Apparatus must be in service for at least 3 months to be eligible for judging.

Decisions of the judges are final.
